That is to mean, while these sightings have been authenticated from people’s point of view they still hold a question of the unknown and it is likely that they are not easily understood. They can be grasped from the perspective of the bending of time, light and space. It is not a scenario where little green men fly around in spacecraft like the cartoon The Jetsons. These are types of aircraft but they are more like time machines which have appeared in the past and have returned to check up on world progress. Many (most) of the sightings of UFOs are military in nature and some belong to government weather and satellite devices.

The particular sightings in Stephenville, Texas are of ancient civilized sort. They are unmanned and they are checking on earthly conditions such as the environment, soil erosion, soil quality, plant and animal life as well as the status of humankind at this point in history. Human beings should not concern themselves with the “who, what, when, where and why” of these sightings. It is a natural process of a civilization who feels they have dominion to the land on this planet due to the fact that they were the initial earthly inhabitants. They currently reside in a parallel universe near the earth which is unknown but lies in a valley near this one.

Q: I was asked about the death of actor, Heath Ledger.

Heath Ledger, as he was called in bodily form, was a unique creative light that shone into a dark, cruel and careless world. He had an openness that the world is all too ready to destroy. He passed over to the other side in a timely manner as per his karma which dictated an early demise and an exit from this world of pain and suffering. Heath can be found to be living in the hearts and minds of the public for quite some time into the future through his films, interviews and appearances. Of course, he is also in the hearts and minds of his family and will remain so.

Heath was not accustomed to the notoriety and attention of celebrity yet he loved the business of acting. He found comfort in it and his personality was defined by it. However, he did not like the trappings of success and he had a foot in both worlds, so to speak. That is to mean, he felt that he should participate in this new celebrity venue that marked his achievement (parties, appearances, networking, award shows) yet he detested this activity on a very rudimentary level of his being. So Heath was a conflicted soul. He wished to be part of the acting business on his own terms and the business would not allow that of him.

When Heath began to participate in the party circuit and the types of activities that agents and managers told him that he must do in order to fulfill his responsibility to his career, he began to doubt himself. It ended up destroying him. He did not wish to follow the celebrity path yet he was drawn to it and got caught up in it because it was fun (in the beginning). He became a victim of circumstance at the time of his death, so to speak. Heath Ledger could not find his way clear of addictions and the troubled conflicts of his soul destiny which could be said, in short, to be the ways of the world versus the desires of his heart.

Now, he is at rest. He will return in another lifetime in another arena (not acting, show business or limelight). His family and friends can take comfort that he had a very peaceful death in which he just slipped away in his sleep. This is a blessed death for a beautiful and sensitive soul.

Q: I was asked about the incident at the San Francisco Zoo in which a tiger jumped her enclosure and killed a person in December 2007.

The female tiger was nervously awaiting. That is to mean that she did not like certain elements of her enclosure which did not give her enough room to roam and run (just pace). She did not have enough room for privacy. The feeding routine was her main source of irritation. She had a strong instinctual desire to drag her “kill” to a secure location away from view and eat it uninterrupted. She wanted to devour fresh meat (NOT old decaying meat or frozen meat which she was being offered). She was rushed during feedings, spied upon by people, and taunted with the undesirable meat.

So the tiger was nervous and irritable from the feeding routine and dislike of the enclosure. On the day of the incident, three young men taunted the tiger. One of the men was expressing his “courage” and dangled an arm and a leg inside the enclosure. It appeared to be the same gesture used during the feeding routine (dangling, taunting). The tiger saw it as a call to eat and acted instinctually.

The families of the young men are expecting a big payday for all involved but the “boys” are at fault and they know it. The tiger was behaving instinctually by defending her territory and acting on a call to eat. The tiger is out of her misery and the family will get the payday they so greedily desire.

Q: I was asked race wars and the upcoming elections for the presidency of the United States in 2008.

Very well. Race will be the defining issue in the candidate selection for the Democratic party as it relates to culture and the “race” for the candidacy. You see, the decisive factor in this scenario has to do with a race war (for the candidacy) which will ensue within the Democratic party. The majority of voters are looking for a brighter future no matter the race or culture of the candidate.

Everyone is trying to select the candidate who will DO something. It is a split in voter’s minds between experience and vision. The Democratic candidacy will go to the person who exemplifies the best mix of those two factors; experience and vision. There is a danger in the camps of both Clinton and Obama that their followers will “jump ship” to the Republican side if the Republican candidate can demonstrate that they have the best mix of experience and vision (and of, course, that they will do something in Washington about issues of which voters are concerned).

Some Democrats may go with Huckabee (especially ones with a strong religious base) if the Democratic candidate and the upcoming “race (for the candidacy) war” is distasteful.

“Super bugs” (antibiotic resistant virus, bacteria and fungus) will continue to emerge throughout the world without predictable patterns or in predictable areas. This is not the result of commonly-known infectious disease patterns as much as it is related to soil erosion. The cropping up of super bugs will be found in people who breathe dust and mites, people who farm, and people who are exposed to mold in closed quarters such as homes, businesses and hospitals.

China is expanding at an alarming rate and the Chinese people are enjoying prosperity in an unsurpassed measure. However, this expansion is not without challenges and the people will see healthcare problems become a major issue in their society. The influence of Western culture will create a negative chasm for the health and well being of the Chinese people. Western health problems will emerge such as cancer, influenza and susceptibility to homegrown viruses such as the bird flu. By the end of the year 2008 and into 2009, there will be resurgence of traditional Chinese home life, health and well being, and long-established practices in medicine to curb the influx of Western culture.

The housing market has turned sour and will remain so throughout 2008. The Federal Reserve’s attempts to prop up the mortgage market will fail miserably. Americans have lost faith in government, banking, and other infrastructures in the country but traditional methods of economic expansion will re-emerge later in the year as previously said.

The French economy will remain lack luster and although the economy will not be in serious decline, the French people will not prosper either. They are in a dismal state of non-expansion. The French people will become frustrated by the end of 2008 and riots will break out. Average workers will strike and demand reforms. Younger workers do not view the lack of economic expansion as optimal for the people and they will lead the charge for a change in the French government.

Asia will experience economic problems and some markets may appear to be near collapse by the end of 2008. The Asian stock market has been over-valued and there will be a serious correction leading to many entities pulling their money out of those markets (such as American investors) and leaving them “high and dry” so to speak.

Throughout 2008, there will be increased floods throughout the world that will cause some migration of people to higher ground.

Devastating earthquakes in Indonesia and the “Ring of Fire” will create tsunamis and other ecological disasters which will drive people out of coastal areas. Due to the ocean in the area which is in peril, some marine species will become extinct and the fishing industry will collapse. Venting on the ocean floor is the culprit.

Middle East Peace Talks will resume in earnest in the first quarter of the year and into the summer of 08 but they will fizzle out from impasses that cannot be resolved. The talks will not become disruptive and stop. The parties lose interest due to hardened attitudes and hardened hearts and the process will slow to a crawl.

The War on Terror will continue to be a threat for the entire world throughout 2008 and 2009. Areas of concern for terrorism will be food supplies and water sources as well as communications. There will increased ability for people to “spy” on others through communications an new technology. New forms of identity theft will emerge which leave doors open to sabotage food sources and contaminate water supplies in all areas of the world. People should be extremely cognizant of these dangers. It is not unwarranted for people to be routinely asked for identification cards for access to all areas of sensitivity. It would be proactive for all countries of the world to have ID cards for their citizens when applying for jobs and when coming to work. This is not an affront to political correctness and profiling as much as it is a proactive approach to a dangerous and ever-changing world.

The US government will be at an impasse on immigration reform so states will step up to the task. New immigration laws will emerge in California will curb the migration of illegal workers from Mexico. It will come as a surprise to many who view the state as having a liberal agenda on the topic. But by the summer of 2008, the state government will enact legislative measures to create immigration reform. California will lead the way for economic reasons and other states will follow suit for a paradigm that will work in their local communities as well.
