Le center hospitalier states that the patient’s health, a man in his thirties, “does not inspire anxiety.” Stay for now in a secluded room at the CHU, under medical supervision. The institution also confirms that this case “has been the subject of a declaration with the ARS of New Aquitaine”, and the follow-up of any contact cases of the patient is also ensured. 66 cases in France on Tuesday night

On Tuesday night, health authorities counted 66 confirmed cases of monkeypox virus infection in France. “On June 7, 2022 at 2 pm, 66 days confirmed by monkeypox were reported in France,” Santé publique France (SPF) reports on the sound’s website. The previous tally, on Friday, reported 51 cases in France. There were 48 on Tuesday in Île-de-France, 8 in Occitania, 5 in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, 2 in Normandy, one in the Hauts-de-France, one in Center-Val de Loire and one in Paca.
