A fresh cuisine with Asian accents from Albane Auvray au Shack

The Shackhybrid place at the crossroads of workspace, catering and well-being located in theOpera in Paris (75009) hosts the new party: Albane Auvray.
This very young Auvergnate, only 23 years old, already has a solid track record: going through Bristol on the shores of Eric Fréchon and the Chiberta Guy Savoy accompanied by Irwin Durand and participated Top Chef Goal and ranked among the first in the competition Best Apprentices of France.

Au Shack, Albane offer the client of healthy and tasty food, a kitchen à la fois responsible, plant it, light and seasonal with notes of Southeast Asia.
