Air Courtage Assurance and Filhet-Allard have announced a merger to weigh heavily on the European aviation insurance market.

Aircraft fleet operators face the cost of insurance. Some people encounter the worst difficulty in finding an insurer that agrees to cover them. In this increasingly tense context, the business of an aeronautical insurance broker between the end customer and the insurance company is becoming increasingly complicated. Hence the merger between two leading brokers to try to weigh more heavily on the aviation insurance market.

Air Courtage Assurance and Filhet-Allard are announcing the stakes of a new strategic partnership. At the same time as it becomes a major shareholder, Filhet-Allard entrusts its aviation business to Air Courtage Assurance, which will benefit from the means and resources of a group of more than 1,500 employees, with a turnover of 247 million. revenue and managed more than € 1.5 billion in premiums in 2021.
