Ardian enters the capital of insurance broker Odealim

Management company Ardian joins US fund TA Associates in the capital of French insurance broker Odealim, which specializes in the real estate market, it announced on Wednesday.

This equal investment between the two major shareholders “will enable the company to move to the next phase of its development by creating an integrated leader in the real estate segment,” Ardian said in a statement.

Odealim, ex-AssurCopro, has a turnover of more than 160 million euros, according to its new shareholder.

The amount invested was not disclosed, more is in the “fourchette basse” of the investment policy of the Ardian Buyout team, aux tickets include 180 million and 700 million euros.

TA Associates has been a shareholder in Odealim since 2018 and the acquisition of Eurazeo PME shares. The management team and the French fund Raise are also present in the capital.

Ardian also has a minority stake in Diot-Siaci, a brokerage giant born out of last year’s merger of Siaci Saint HonorĂ© and Diot.

The French management company presents itself as one of the world leaders in private investment with $ 130 billion managed or advised in Europe, America and Asia.
