Traditionally cooked with mutton tail meat, buuz (pronounced “Boze”) are steamed donuts. Migaa adapted this 13th century recipe to European conditions. Some are with meat, others with vegetables. Elle and add a little nut oil to improve the nutritional value.

“We don’t find the same species of sheep here in Mongolia,” said Migaa. There, an animal’s tail can weigh between 300 grams and 5 kg and contains good cholesterol. Donuts are naturally frozen in weather conditions around -50 ° C. To cook them, we then dip them in boiling water ”.
Migaa invites its customers to bring their own containers to transport food to their homes. She recommends thermal containers for long distances and large quantities. Buuz can be frozen and stored for two months. She advises heating them in the oven or microwave, but not in the steam, as they are already cooked.
