On Monday and Tuesday, all students at the Yves-Riou school received the Rhizomes association for cooking workshops. Joëlle Naïm, author and artist, prepared with her students a meal from her childhood, a Tunisian dish, a mosaic salad from Sfax and Zhuoya Lu with an Asian dish, a sticky rice cake. The project is to discover different cultures. Last week, students had a workshop on discovering epics, plant, flower, or root with Louis Charuel of Rhizomes. “The project is fully funded by the EPA,” said director Geraldine Lozachmeur.
