After on the verge of bankruptcy with a loss of 90% of its turnover during the Covid crisis, the honorable Parisian house is back in force on the ground for this extraordinary challenge that it has been facing for forty years: it serves 6,000 covered on average during the day in several restaurants spread over 11 hectares of the completely renovated site, and which today house 17 courtyards.
