Realization:
1. Wash the radishes keeping 5 cm of stem.
2. Thoroughly clean the rest of the fans with cold water, then drain and dry thoroughly in a clean cloth.
3. Put the radish fans in the bowl of a blender with 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix for a few seconds.
4. Add the butter and continue the mixer until a smooth mixture is obtained.
5. Place this butter on a piece of cling film and roll into a roll. Place in the refrigerator.
6. Chop the rest of the radishes with a knife, mix in a bowl with the fresh cheese, salt, pepper and set aside in the fridge.
7. When serving, toast slices of bread and place radish cream, sliced radish butter, slices of bread and extra radishes on the table for everyone to prepare their spreads.
