Kitchen / Video. Nectarine pie and gingerbread

Ingredients for 6-8 people:

  • 1 shortcrust pastry
  • 1 kg of nectarines
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 50 g of shredded almonds
  • 4 slices of gingerbread
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 cl of cream
  • 50 g powdered almonds

Realization:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 °.

2. Roll out the dough into the pie pan.

3. Wash the nectarines. Cut them into thin quarters.

4. Crumble the gingerbread and place in a salad bowl. Add the eggs, cream, sugar and almond powder. Mix.

5. Arrange the rosette nectarines on the bottom of the pie and pour the gingerbread cream on top.

6. Bake for 40 minutes.

7. When the top starts to brown, sprinkle with shredded almonds and brown a little longer.
