Archaeologist and culinary historian Sylvie Campuech will lead a tasting workshop, which will talk about flavors and smells, spices and spices, know-how, but also dietetics, travel, religion, season, of conviviality, pleasure, sharing and the good of other things yet … An invitation for a journey through time through the smells and tastes of the cuisines of the Middle Ages.
She will tell us the fabulous story of cuisine rich in forgotten recipes. A tasting will also be proposed to make you feel like an average savior!
