Parisot. Return of authentic Retro cuisine

For the past few days, the Le Retro restaurant has reopened with Philippe Chanut and Sandra Lebron. Chef Philippe Chanut has almost 30 years of experience with work in many star brands, such as Mougins with Roger Vergé, Cannes with Christian Willer or Marc Veyrat and multiple culinary trips to Israel, Japan or the Bahamas. While his beautiful family has recently arrived in the Tarn, he was seduced by the corner and the opportunity of this restaurant. A coup d’etat between him and the owner and the adventure is launched. Since its opening, it has been touched by the welcome, support and solidarity movement of all Parisians, including grocers, bakers, town hall.

Le cuisinier et son épouse works with a slate menu with fresh, quality and local products. They like to offer original dishes, sea weddings like this prawn risotto with Toulouse sausage candied in duck fat that has already delighted many taste buds.

Since the opening, word of mouth has been working and the tables have often been stormed. Philippe and Sandra have limited the capacity of 25-30 seats in privileged quality and conviviality with shared payment cards: “My pleasure is above all to bring happiness to customers …”

The Retro is open every day except Monday night and Tuesday night; reservations at 06 11 92 85 08.
