You work in collaboration with the kitchen chef.
This is a neat catering, market cuisine, seasonal, 100% homemade bread for dessert.
The restaurant has around 20 service-covered seats and offers a slate menu, a tasting menu, and a seasonal truffle menu.

You work continuously, from Thursday to Monday from 3pm to 11pm to provide evening services.
Monthly salary to be negotiated according to the profile from 1850 to 2000 € over 12 months + Mutual + Catering
