On Wednesday, the red “tube” of the Troisgros family, which was put into service last year during the administrative closure of the restaurants, resumed service for a good cause: 150 meals will be sold at a rate of € 17 for the benefit of Ukrainian families installed in the Roannais, via the Red Cross. This is not the first initiative of its kind, since two meals have already been served on April 22 and 29 at the Colline du Colombier in Iguerande for this cause.
