As part of the Anne de la Gastronomie, three actors engaged in a solidarity approach and for local production, Altermarch, Cuisine Mode d’Emploi (s) and Les Paniers Bio du Val-de-Marne have joined forces to organize three gourmet and friendly meetings: Coup de Pousses en Cuisine est n!

During these gastronomic appointments, you will discover their activities: all the dishes will be prepared by the employees of Altermarch and the trainees of Cuisine. Val-de-Marne.

  • May 12, 2022 Chennevires-sur-Marne: Walk to the Val-de-Marne Organic Basket Garden

Tastings – meetings and visits from 12:30 to 18:00

During this event, the actors of the insertion in the 94 are invited to discover both the gardens of marachage where the vegetables are grown and the device of the Solidarity Baskets, which are distributed to the beneficiaries of the social minimums.

Friendly lunch from 12h 15h

Business leaders are invited to enjoy the specialties of a gourmet buffet by sharing their table with people in professional integration. Leaders will thus discover Altermarch’s catering service and may meet with future collaborators.

Eco-responsibility, savoir-faire and transmission: catering professionals, insertion and work actors are invited to enter the packages of this school and get to know the internships and training sessions.
