The Advise group unveils its Parachut brand

Advise is an affinity services aggregator and insurance brokerage firm founded in 2005. First available as a white label, Advise decided to launch its own brand in 2017 through Parachut. The latter now offers 3 unique affinity insurance products: from this point of view, they simplify the customer experience, bring transparency and, above all, offer the best guarantees on the market.

The main challenge of Parachuting is to simplify the procedures of the insured in order to provide better satisfaction. The idea is to create a real “Parachute reflex” in the spirit of the consumer: they no longer have to accumulate their own guarantees for each device, to find and resume their contracts in case of disaster.

Parachute protects all of the household’s favorite belongings and equipment on a single insurance policy. Up to 3,000 everyday goods and equipment are insurable. High-tech & multimedia, furniture, urban mobility, appliances, sports equipment: customers can protect themselves well for a guarantee ceiling ranging from € 600 to € 15,000.

L’assurance Parachut is fully modular according to needs. Le consommateur can adjust to the list of well-protected people in real time thanks to a customized interface accessible online on the Parachut website. With its own center dedicated to customer experience and repair, Parachut’s expert equipment accompanies their customers to deal together with the small and big disasters of everyday life: breakage, breakdown, oxidation, loss and theft, whatever the blunder or the unexpected.

Parachute offers three products:

  • Goodz protects household goods for a guarantee ceiling of € 1,000 from € 9.99 / month and up to € 5,000 for € 19.99 / month.
  • Mobility, protection for two wheels and new individual electric vehicles (NVEI) du foyer, for a guarantee ceiling of € 600 from € 9.99 / month and up to € 5,000 for € 19.99 / month.
  • Protects, a premium protection to protect all sound daily up to € 15,000 for € 39.99 / month.

A strong will to develop in the yard and on time

The network currently has about a hundred partners in mainland France and the French overseas departments, including Xiaomi, Darty franchise outlets, and Espace Culturel E. Leclerc.
These distribution partners are looking for original solutions to develop the relationship with the customer, proposing a different and loyal experience.
