A hijacked client file

There was no direct enrichment but real financial investments, on which the crooks are paid to the commission.

In addition, the police found a customer file that the boss of this agency had hijacked when he was working for another insurance company a few years ago, and which he still uses to approach these people and try to have them sign a contract.

The defendants were the subject of a COPJ (summoned by a judicial police officer) in February 2023.
