With its embers

For the second year in a row, the Sapiens group (already operating in Montaudran, next to the Canaille Club) is in charge. In partnership with Ivo Danafthe president of the Umih 31 union, two co-managers, Erwin Boodhun and Edouard Cassado, have concocted a very Mediterranean and Spanish 2022 season. “Our strong point is the charcoal oven, the tapas to share, the Iberian charcuterie… These are just quality products,” explains Erwin Boodhun.

The Abanico, the shrimp carpaccio …

At the capacity of l’Ecluse are mounted to 200 roofs and the house specialties proposals the Abanico, an Iberian pig raised in Huelva, southern Spain. “It’s a low-fat meat cooked at a low temperature and grilled,” says the co-manager.

Other expected dishes: grilled Camargue rice in saucepans with shrimp and chicken, as well the blue shrimp carpaccio with a passion fruit sauce. Drinks, local wine list drinks and cocktails.

Rate level, count on 6 to 14 euros for tapasand from 20 to 95 euros (this is the blonde from Galicia matured for 60 days) for the dishes.

Book quickly for the fireworks!

This fost, the Ecluse, in addition to its advantageous point of view on the beauties of Toulouse, presents two not inconsiderable points.

“With the Garonne, it is often 5 ° C lower on the terrace than in the city center. And people are advised to book for the July 14 fireworks, which will be shot before our eyes during the evening.”
