Many social media posts have linked the recent outbreak of smallpox to the use of the Astra Zeneca vaccine against Covid-19.

With recent cases of smallpox, smallpox and conspiracy theories known during the Covid-19 epidemic are reviving. Several accounts suggest that the use of the Covid-19 vaccine developed by the Astra Zeneca group may be the cause of recent monkeypox infections.

Why? Because it contains a chimpanzee adenovirus. But as scientists unanimously explain, the latter is not in the same shape as the one responsible for the monkey’s smallpox. On the other hand, the vaccine content has been genetically modified and attenuated so that it cannot be transmitted to humans.

In the program also, these publications claim that the series “The Simpsons” predicted the monkeypox epidemic, supporting cartoon images. These are authentic excerpts but falsely associated with each other.
